Enchiladas

Enchiladas Ingredients:

2 LBS Ground beef
2 Taco seasoning packets
1 Large can cream of mushroom soup
2 Cans (red) enchilada sauce, mild
1 pack 20ct flour tortillas
2 (8 oz) pack of shredded cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef in skillet and drain.
Mix in taco seasoning as directed on the packet.
In a bowl, mix mushroom soup and enchilada sauce.
Warm tortillas, one at a time, in a skillet and add approximately 1TBL of beef mixture to each tortilla and roll.
Place in baking pan, all in a single layer.
Pour soup and sauce mixture over the top.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cook in hot oven until cheese melts.

Prep and cook time approximatley 20 minutes. Enjoy!
