Hot Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients:

1/4 head of cabbage shredded (thin setting on food processor)
1/2 med carrot (thin setting on food processor)
1/2 medium green pepper (thin setting on food processor)
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp low fat milk
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 avocado sliced

Directions:

1.) Toss first four ingredients into a 2-quart microwavable dish.
2.) In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients, excluding avocado.
3.) Microwave two minutes until cheese has melted, stirring every 45 second to keep smooth.
4.) Pour over veggie mixture and stir gently.
5.) Cover loosely with plastic wrap; microwave 2-3 minutes until heated throughly.
Stir & garnish with avacado slices
