Low Carb Pizza
Ingredients:
1 lb lean hamburger
2 eggs – beaten
1 small can pizza sauce (no sugar)
2 large mushrooms – sliced
1 small onion – sliced in rings
2 cups low fat shredded mozarella
Fat free Olive oil spray
Directions:
1.) Saute hamburger & cool.
2.) Mix cooled hamburger and beaten eggs.
3.) Spray a 9X13 inch baking pan with oil spray.
4.) Press hamburger mix to cover the bottom of the pan.
5.) Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350 until eggs are set.
6.) Saute in water sliced mushrooms and onions until tender & drain well.
7.) Remove from oven; spread a thin layer of sauce.
8.) Top with mushrooms, onion and cheese evenly over the top.
9.) Return to oven & bake for 10 minutes at 375 until cheese is melted and bubbly.
10.) Wait 10 minutes before cutting.
